Cyril Cyril

With a banjo, a guitar, strange drums, multiple voices and languages as their sole companions, Cyril Cyril cuts a groove from the soul and transcends, for a few tracks at a time, the good manners of damned souls.

Cyril Cyril have taken their very unique multi-percussion ufo-banjo ghost-like fanfare all over Europe with their two first albums. They’ve heavily toured after the pandemic and brought back two collaborative songs with the Meridian Brothers from their South American tour earlier this year. Spring 2024 saw the release of their awaited third album - a new step in their musical research. A hard-hitting album, a sharp mirror of the state of the world in which to survive, laugh and cry. The record was mixed by Colombian Latin hardcore reggaeton techno prodigy Genosidra and included the instruments and voices of special guests from all horizons.
